JUDr. Ing. Dušan Tomka is a founder and sole partner of DT LEGAL law office, who leads a team of lawyers focused mainly on a provision of comprehensive legal services and consulting to foreign and domestic clients, in their activities in the middle Europe. In the past, he had cooperated with the international law office Rödl & Partner and as a head of the legal department of the international advisory company Deloitte & Touche. 

Dušan’s extensive legal experience comprises corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A, real estate, privatization projects, agreements on cooperation between the Slovak Republic and international investors, state aid and structure of investments on the domestic and foreign market, legal advisory services for private wealth (legal succession, creation and optimization of holding structures etc.) and trusts. He also engages in publication and lecture activities aimed at commercial and labour law.

JUDr. Barbora Paulovičová is an attorney at law working in DT LEGAL law office since 2005 (first as a paralegal and an articled clerk). During this time she interned in a partner firm BDO Troup Fischer & Co. GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Kassel (Germany), specializing on tax and legal advisory services, having an impact on her current focus on the area of accounting, taxes and financial law. Her legal experience comprises comprehensive legal advisory services for a world leader in fitness equipment production (including litigation agenda aimed at labour and contractual law) and legal consulting to a prominent world car manufacturer related to holding structures and their optimization. Simultaneously she focuses on the area of real estate law and administration of buildings.
