In some cases, the volume and time needed for provision of certain legal services can be relatively exactly specified in advance. The project lump sum fee is usually limited to a certain volume of hours; in case it is exceeded, we charge the client for the overrun only if it resulted from reasons/additional instructions on the client’s side or from a major change in structure of the transaction.

We usually employ the lump sum fee method of remuneration in corporate agenda or in certain (standardized) contractual agenda.
